Our Programs

New Client Services
Our new client services is at the heart of what we do, ensuring that refugees arriving in our community have the support and resources they need to begin their new lives in the United States. From the moment of arrival, we provide critical services designed to help individuals and families navigate the initial stages of resettlement.

What We Do:
Airport Welcome: We greet newly arrived refugees at the airport with warmth and hospitality, ensuring they feel safe and supported from the start.
Securing Housing: We arrange safe, affordable housing that is ready for them upon arrival, furnished with essential household items.
Basic Needs Assistance: We provide immediate support to cover basic needs such as food, clothing, and hygiene supplies.
Cultural Orientation: We guide newcomers through an introduction to American culture, laws, and systems to help them adjust and thrive in their new environment.
Access to Services: We connect refugees with critical services, including healthcare, education, and social services, as well as enrolling children in school.
Employment Preparation: We assist with job readiness, helping refugees secure employment to gain financial independence as quickly as possible.
Community Connection: We help build bridges between refugees and their new community, fostering relationships that create a sense of belonging and support.
Through our new client services program, we ensure that every refugee we welcome has a foundation for success, enabling them to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
Post 90-Day Programs
While the initial 90 days after arrival are critical, our support doesn’t end there. We offer a range of programs designed to ensure long-term stability, self-sufficiency, and community integration for refugees as they continue their resettlement journey.

What We Offer:
Preferred Communities – Intensive Case Management (PC-ICM):
For individuals and families with unique needs—such as medical challenges, mental health concerns, or barriers to integration—our PC-ICM program provides personalized, intensive case management. We help clients address these challenges and connect them to the resources and support systems they need to thrive.

GAPS/ASA (Greater Access to Programs and Services/Afghan Support Services):
This program focuses on assisting Afghan arrivals and other vulnerable populations by filling critical gaps in services. Whether it’s navigating complex legal processes, accessing healthcare, or finding housing, we ensure that no one is left behind.

Refugee Support Services (RSS):
Through RSS, we provide essential services to help refugees achieve self-sufficiency beyond their first 90 days. This includes employment assistance, English language training, skills development, and ongoing case management tailored to individual goals.

Our post-90 day programs reflect our commitment to supporting refugees through every stage of their journey, empowering them to overcome challenges and build meaningful, independent lives in their new communities.
